About the Team

About the Role

We are looking for a proven leader to guide a team of Product Managers for our Workday Compensation investment supporting our customers and partners. This leader is passionate about total rewards and innovating with AI to support high value outcomes for compensation leaders and practitioners. This leader is also committed to influencing and determining the compensation strategy defining and executing on the product roadmap and partnering with multiple cross-teams.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 5 years of leadership experience; managing global teams preferred

• 3 years experience successfully launching and scaling compensation products with a focus on integrating AI/ML capabilities to drive better outcomes.

• Background in compensation practices with a clear understanding of the nuances for global customer needs and experience running a compensation review ideally leveraging predictive or prescriptive analytics.

• The ability to synthesize vast amounts of dataincluding market research user feedback and sales performanceto develop a clear and defensible global product strategy with a proven track record of using data science or ML techniques to uncover new insights.
