Job Summary
What you get to do in this role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for Talent Development employee experiences on the ServiceNow this role you will shape how enterprises engage and empower their employees delivering solutions that are intuitive scalable and impactful. Youll partner across design research engineering and business units to create products that drive measurable outcomes and adoption globally.
What youll do:
- Develop a deep understanding of customers by creating personas mapping use cases and identifying key challenges.
- Translate customer insights and business needs into a clear product roadmap with measurable success metrics.
- Partner with researchers designers and stakeholders to ideate test and validate product solutions.
- Conduct competitive analyses to inform product direction and differentiation.
- Collaborate with engineering on release planning execution and risk management.
- Align priorities and expectations across business units and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with the Now-on-Now team to drive internal adoption and ensure alignment with best practice
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- 5 years of Product Management driving the execution for enterprise products at scale.
- Deep expertise with the ServiceNow platform and proven success delivering impactful employee experiences using its capabilities.
- Strong track record of defining roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
- Proven ability to balance feasibility desirability and business value in product decisions.
- Excellent prioritization communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience turning customer insights into actionable strategies and successful releases.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across senior leadership and thrive in complex environments.
- Passion for design thinking product excellence and shaping the future of enterprise collaboration.
- Experience working with global teams preferred.
- Background in SaaS or enterprise software environments strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of complex products across diverse markets.
FD21
For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $140700 - $239200 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
