In this exciting permanent opportunity you will play a pivotal role in shaping Queensland Rails approach to organisational health and psychological wellbeing. As a key member of our team you will design develop and implement strategic organisational health psychology interventions and initiatives that align with our overarching Organisational Health and Wellbeing Program. Your work will directly contribute to fostering a positive supportive and psychologically safe workplace for all employees ensuring their wellbeing remains at the heart of everything we do.
