Job Summary
This position is a 1-year term limited part time position in the Natural Area and Trails Division in Culture Parks in Recreation for the City of Greeley. The Generation Wild Coordinator will steward the Generation Wild Greeley Coalition a coalition composed of program providers partners and general the Generation Wild Coordinator supports coalition vision and strategy ensures implementation of aligned activities and shared measurement practices cultivates community engagement and ownership mobilizes resources and provides accountability for execution of grant deliverables.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Six to Eight (6-8) years of related experience.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Experience in community outreach relationship building and event planning.
Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse community partners.
Knowledge of community outreach engagement and public relations strategies.
Skills in creating and delivering effective written and visual outreach materials (flyers newsletters presentations).
Ability to manage multiple projects events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills both oral and written with diverse audiences.
Skill in building partnerships with community organizations leaders and stakeholders.
Ability to plan coordinate and evaluate events workshops and public forums.
Ability to collaborate across departments and align outreach with City goals.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to use data and community feedback to improve outreach strategies.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
Cultural competency and ability to navigate diverse perspectives with sensitivity.
