You will be responsible for supporting project managers in all phases of project development ensuring that timelines budgets and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of project plans timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities resources and information to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Act as a liaison between project managers and team members to facilitate effective communication.
- Monitor project progress and performance providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain project documentation including meeting notes action items and reports.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in project management business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships.
