Job Summary

Requirements:

  • 8 years of overall experience in business development sales or related roles.
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce/CRM sales is mandatory.
  • Prior experience working with a leading Salesforce partner or implementation firm.
  • International sales experience is required with proven success engaging clients in the Middle East and North American markets.
  • Strong understanding of CRM ecosystems digital transformation and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts prioritize opportunities and meet revenue targets.
  • Based in Lahore (preferred) with willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth across international markets particularly in the Middle East and North America.
  • Identify pursue and close new business opportunities within the Salesforce/CRM ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting qualification proposals negotiations and contract finalization.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy.
  • Represent the company in client meetings industry events and partner engagements.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying enhancements to sales processes tools and customer experience.
