Tasks
As a Sales Development Representative in 2026 you are the frontline engine of our pipeline generation. Your primary goal is to research and qualify outbound raw leads moving them from initial awareness to a sales-ready meeting for our Account Executives. You will leverage a modern tech stack and AI-driven insights to deliver highly personalized human-centered outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute high-touch outreach via personalized email sequences cold calling and social selling (Facebook WhatsApp).
- Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects using frameworks like MEDDIC to ensure they are a fit for our solution.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive (AE) team.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain 100% accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and prospect insights within Zoho CRM.
- AI Orchestration: Utilize AI tools to automate pre-call research and administrative tasks allowing more time for deep meaningful prospect engagement.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the Sales Team to gauge feedback on SQL quality and refine messaging based on real-world prospect interactions.
Requirements
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to articulate complex value propositions simply and authentically.
- Lead Outreach: Proactively engage a high volume of prospects daily (150-200) consistently building pipeline through persistent personalized outreach and follow-up while maintaining quality conversations and a steady conversion focus.
- Resilience & Grit: Displays relentless perseverance ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain high activity levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with modern tools (Zoho CRM Suite GSuite 3CX Integry ChatGPT etc).
- Time Management: Skilled at prioritizing and managing a calendar of diverse and high-value tasks.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in sales development or a fast-paced similar professional environment.

This role serves as a strong springboard to senior sales positions. High-performing SDRs at our company often advance within 12 years with a common progression moving from SDR to Outbound Account Executive in the first year and then transitioning to an Inbound cadence role the following year.
Base Salary: $700
- Commissions: Uncapped commission for qualified meetings where a Demo is held or Sale is made
- Bonus: Occasional Spiffs are announced specially for new hires.
