Job description Business Developer (Upwork & Freelance Specialist)

Commission-based job with a monthly stipend

Experience: 6 Months 1 Year
Employment Type: Full-time Onsite
Location: H-13 Islamabad
Job Timings: 10:00 amto 7:00 pm
Working Days: Mon to Friday

Role Overview:
We are hiring a proactive and growth-focused Business Developer who has hands-on experience with Upwork and Fiverr and understands how to generate manage and close leads through freelancing platforms. This is a startup role ideal for someone who wants to grow with the company contribute strategically and earn through performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify bid and apply for relevant projects daily on Upwork and Fiverr
- Handle client communication negotiations and deal closures
- Create and execute business development strategies for platform-based growth
- Explore and suggest new freelancing platforms (Freelancer etc.) for lead generation
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture leads to conversion
- Work across multiple business development niches
- Track performance conversions and revenue growth
- Contribute ideas at a strategic level to scale the startup

Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with Upwork and Fiverr
- Strong understanding of bidding proposals and profile optimization
- Knowledge of business development strategies and sales funnels
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment
- Experience with other platforms (Freelancer etc.) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
Commission:
10% on closed sales
Up to 15% commission for experienced performers
