The Opportunity
- Take ownership of a high growth market segment working closely with a strong network of distributors across VIC & TAS.
- Manage a high turnover portfolio ripe with growth potential
- Build deep relationships with your customers and help them sell more more often
- Hunt and close new business within the distributor channel
- Use HubSpot CRM and reporting tools to drive smarter decisions
- Travel up to 2 nights/month in VIC plus 3 short trips to TAS/year
Who You Are
- 5 years of B2B sales experience ideally in building materials trade supply or distribution
- You run your patch with energy accountability and a consultative approach
- A proven hunter who builds pipeline generates leads and closes with confidence
- A confident communicator and natural coach trusted by tradies sales teams and decision-makers
- You use data insights and CRM to drive strategy and results
- You show up with ideas deliver quick wins and build momentum
