We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts on various eCommerce platforms developing and executing strategies to maximize GMV across our online sales channels. The job holder will focus on scaling revenue optimizing product visibility and enhancing customer engagement while also ensuring sustainable growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship management skills cross-functional collaboration skills and a deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape to achieve business objectives and drive e-commerce business success CooperVision China.
GMV Growth & Sales Strategy Execution Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed GMV targets on major e-commerce platforms. Identify and implement initiatives to increase UV (unique visitors) CVR (conversion rates) (ASP) basket size and repeat purchases. Monitor competitive pricing promotions and product assortments to optimize market positioning and maximize revenue. Key Account Management & Platform Growth Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and serve as the primary point of contact addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly. Manage and strengthen relationships with category managers and account teams for Tmall DouYin and other key platforms. Negotiate exclusive promotions traffic-boosting initiatives and platform campaigns to drive sales growth. Optimize brand visibility product ranking and store operations to maximize traffic and conversion rates Promotional Campaign Management Plan and execute key sales events including DoubleShopping Festival and Super Brand Days. Work closely with marketing teams to drive traffic and engagement through paid ads live streaming and influencer collaborations. Monitor and analyze promotional campaign performance to refine future strategies. Performance Monitoring Track and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates customer acquisition costs (CAC) and return on investment (ROI). Use platform analytics tools to identify sales trends customer behavior and opportunities for growth. Conduct A/B testing and pricing experiments to optimize sales performance and maximize profitability. Prepare regular reports on account performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders Platform Optimization Oversee product listings ensuring accurate and compelling content to drive conversions. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns flash sales and bundling strategies to boost GMV. Monitor and improve search rankings product visibility and discoverability on e-commerce platforms. Collaboration and Coordination Work closely with internal teams including marketing finance logistics RAQA and customer service to ensure healthy account management such as product availability and minimize stockouts Partner with the marketing team to align GMV-driven campaigns with broader brand objectives. Collaborate with EC data analyst to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Market Analysis Stay updated on market and industry trends competitor strategies and activities and emerging eCommerce technologies Identify new opportunities and provide recommendation based on market analysis to expand share and drive GMV growth Customer Acquisition & Retention Develop initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones focusing on driving higher transaction volumes. Implement loyalty programs subscription models and other initiatives to encourage repeat purchases. |

| Experience: | Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce account management sales or digital marketingor a similar role Experience in subscription-based or recurring revenue models. Healthcare contact lens and eyewear industry is preferred Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and account management best practices. Proven track record ofdriving GMV growthachieving revenue targets and managing key accounts. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms ( PDD Tiktoketc.) and digital marketing tools. |
