建立并维护经销商合规准入与退出机制确保经销商资质与运营标准的持续符合性
设计并执行经销商能力发展项目重点提升其合规意识诚信经营与风险管理能力
通过KPI数据分析及合规审计监控经销商绩效与合规状况及时发现并推动整改违规行为
与销售市场供应链法务合规财务等跨部门团队紧密合作构建全面的经销商合规风险管理生态
解决经销商与内部团队在配额定价政策解读方面的冲突特别是涉及合规灰色地带或政策落地偏差的问题
通过根本原因分析和结构化改进计划应对经销商绩效不达标问题尤其当问题涉及潜在的合规缺陷或诚信风险时
在复杂多变的多层级分销网络中开发创新解决方案以平衡业务增长效率提升与严格的合规要求
处理经销商违规事件进行调查评估影响执行纠正与预防措施并管理潜在的商业与声誉风险
Qualifications and skills
本科学历商业市场营销等相关专业
8-10年经销商管理渠道销售或业务发展经验其中至少3年为管理岗位
深刻理解中国快消品/消费品行业的经销商模式竞争格局及相关的商业合规反贿赂反垄断等法规环境
精通贸易条款渠道财务经销商经济学及合规风险成本
熟悉中国影响分销的各类法规政策与商业行为准则并能将其有效融入渠道管理实践
具备使用CRM和分销管理系统的经验并能利用系统工具实施合规监控与预警
能够分析市场趋势和竞争对手活动同时洞察监管动态与合规风险变化为战略与风控调整提供依据
拥有成功谈判和管理大型经销商协议的经验并善于在协议中明确合规责任与违约后果
了解数字化工具在传统分销网络中的应用并探索如何利用技术手段加强合规透明度和效率
