The Role
Manage admissions for all year groups including in-year applications and Year 7 entry.
Act as the first point of contact for prospective parents providing a warm and professional service.
Coordinate open days school tours transition events and communications.
Maintain accurate records using the schools MIS system.
Ensure compliance with admissions policies and statutory guidance.
Work closely with SLT admin staff and the Local Authority.
Requirements
Previous experience in a school admissions or administrative role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
Proficient with school MIS systems (SIMS/Arbor) and Microsoft Office.
