Job Summary

Technology Integration Manager

Onsite (Ohio or NYC)

Contract to hire

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead on-site execution and coordination of end-to-end IT integration activities across infrastructure applications data and security workstreams.
Develop and maintain detailed technology integration plans ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards business priorities and overall M&A integration strategy.
Oversee technical due diligence environment readiness and integration planning to ensure seamless transition and operational continuity during cutover.
Manage cross-functional technical teams (infrastructure network identity and access management end-user computing cloud and applications) to deliver integrated solutions.
Coordinate the establishment of connectivity AD synchronization data migration and security alignment between merging IT environments.
Monitor and control integration execution activities ensuring adherence to scope timelines and quality benchmarks.
Act as a technical escalation point for onsite teams providing direction and problem resolution across integration dependencies.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity data privacy and regulatory requirements throughout integration phases.
Collaborate with business integration application and security leads to validate readiness for Day 1 operations and steady-state transition.
Identify technical risks interdependencies and performance gaps; propose mitigation strategies and corrective actions to minimize disruption.
Provide regular status reporting dashboards and risk assessments to the Integration Management Office (IMO) and executive stakeholders.
Drive post-merger stabilization technical optimization and handover to steady-state IT operations.
