To support our growing organization we are seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support leadership and manage daily office operations.


Position Overview:

Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Office Manager to serve as a key partner to executive leadership while overseeing administrative and office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations while supporting leadership efficiency.



Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Office Manager or in a similar administrative role

  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership or executives

  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

  • Experience coordinating meetings calendars travel and office operations

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work full-time during regular business hours

  • Reliable internet connection and/or ability to work on-site as required

  • Required Skills:

    Proven experience as an Executive Assistant Office Manager or in a similar administrative role Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Proficiency in office productivity tools (Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite


    Required Education:

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field preferredEquivalent professional experience in office administration executive support or operations will also be consideredAdditional certifications in Office Management Executive Assistance or Project Management are a plus
