Job Summary

Job Description:

Supply Chain Support:

Arrange shipping for order consolidation so sales orders can ship from one location to customers.

Small package exports using Fed EX

Maintain samples spreadsheet for internal tracking

Handle various truck import export and warehouse issues.

Monitor Delivery Error Report daily and adjust orders if needed.

Back up for receiving import shipments.

Maintain perpetual inventory accuracy on a monthly basis by obtaining counts from various warehouses and comparing them to system quantities and account and document any discrepancies

Other Support:

Customer service back up and training

Order samples from Germany

Salesmen support

Administration Assistant back up

Make sure forecast is in sync with cutomer demand in order to ensure proper supply availability

Frequent corporate system/platform/process changes

Working with system constraints to meet customer needs

Assist in overcoming day to day problems in supply chain area as well as coordinating required information across departments.

Skills/Experience:

Associates Degree or higher

3 - 5 Years of experience required

Microsoft 360 Teams SAP Outlook
