Job Summary
Now hiring an Aesthetic FO Aesthetic Coordinator & Assistant for our Aesthetician and Laser Department.
As an Aesthetic Coordinator you will answer phones and schedule appointments check patients in and out assist with emails and sales leads and assist medical side when not otherwise busy.
As an Aesthetic Assistant you will prep patients for all procedures take before and after pictures provide consents assist Provider during and after procedures as needed assist with product sales and information. You will also assist in all marketing activities specifically social media.
Candidates must be friendly people-person oriented who present with a professional appearance every day. They must be dependable punctual detail-oriented professionals who are self starters work as a team and who enjoy fast paced environments with no drama. This is a non commission and non service position. We have a very strong Day 1 Requirement. Prefer experience with aesthetics dermatology or plastic surgery. Bilingual a plus marketing experience very beneficial.
This would be a great position for a new aesthetician and/or laser tech who is looking to learn the world of skin and gain knowledge and experience as you grow with us and then hopefully work for us in the aesthetic position. We are growing fast and looking to add more amazing people.
