Job Summary

Welcoming guests with warmth charm and a touch of magic. Our Front Desk Agents orchestrate seamless arrivals and departures anticipate needs before theyre spoken and transform simple requests into memorable moments. With polished professionalism and heartfelt gestures they ensure every guests stay feels like a perfectly curated escape.

  • Deliver exceptional personalized guest service by managing check-ins check-outs room assignments and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations concierge-level assistance and prompt resolution of concerns to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Maintain accurate guest records process payments and handle reservations using property management systems while ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy
  • Uphold luxury brand standards by presenting a polished welcoming demeanor and ensuring every guest interaction reflects excellence and hospitality
  • Collaborate with housekeeping concierge and management teams to ensure seamless communication operational efficiency and consistently high service quality

Pay $19 / hour

Qualifications :

  • 1 year experience in same or similar role.
  • Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail .
  • Ability to interact in a polite professional and engaging manner.
  • Experience in a luxury environment is preferred.
