A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Manage analyze and maintain sales data across systems such as SAP Tableau and mSTAR to support reporting compliance and business insights
• Support process improvement initiatives by optimizing workflows updating SOPs and partnering with Quality Regulatory Supply Chain Finance and Customer Care
• Provide technical support for automation initiatives and utilize tools such as Excel PowerPoint and other platforms to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to resolve system or process bottlenecks and ensure alignment with operational requirements
• Participate in special projects focused on operational improvements strategic initiatives and enhanced reporting capabilities

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in business Data Analytics Engineering or a related field
• Strong experience in data management reporting and analytics preferably within sales operations or administrative environments
• Proficiency with analytical and CRM tools (SAP Tableau Excel PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills with a strong ability to work independently and drive process improvements
• Fluent in English (B2 C1)
