About This Role
As the Clinical Safety Quality & Patient Experience Manager at Norwest Private Hospital you will lead the development and implementation of robust clinical governance and risk management frameworks that underpin safe high-quality patient care. This pivotal role is responsible for driving continuous improvement ensuring compliance with the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and fostering a culture of safety and accountability across the hospital.
Governance & Strategic Oversight
The Clinical Safety Quality & Patient Experience Manager is responsible for leading governance structures that support safe high-quality care and compliance with national standards. This role ensures that risk is proactively identified assessed and mitigated through robust systems and continuous improvement processes.
