About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager Clinical Services to join our leadership team on a permanent part-time basis based in Lismore.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer you will provide operational line management to our Health Counselling and Case Management programs. You will champion reflective evidence-based practice drive innovation and foster a high-performance culture across your team.
This role is primarily based at our Lismore office with occasional travel across the NSW Far North Coast region and to other sites as required. Mandatory staff meetings are held at 76 Carrington Street Lismore.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
Provide line management supervision coaching and performance appraisals to staff within your portfolio.
Lead the design implementation and evaluation of programs in line with funding agreements and organisational priorities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and funding body requirements.
Monitor program performance assess risks and provide recommendations to the CEO.
Support the recruitment retention and professional development of a skilled workforce.
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Promote a culture of innovation reflective practice and continuous improvement.
Represent Community Gateway positively in external forums interagency meetings and communities of practice.
About You
You are a strategic innovative and organised professional with a strong background in health counselling or case management. You have a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams deliver programs in complex environments and drive organisational outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
Degree level qualifications in a related field and extensive professional experience.
Demonstrated strategic management experience across multiple programs in health counselling or case management services.
Proven ability to lead and foster high-performance teams.
Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Experience developing implementing and monitoring operational plans.
High proficiency with MS Office.
Desirable: Experience with client relationship management software health service administration and outcome measurement tools.
