Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a prudent Property Manager /Property specialist to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value customer satisfaction and revenue acquire and dispose of real estate or assets handling negotiations title research lease administration and compliance with regulations. They conduct site investigations maintain inventory records and advise management on property value. Typical requirements include strong negotiation skills and knowledge
- Transactions & Leasing: Negotiate prepare and review lease agreements deeds easements and property acquisitions/disposals.
- Asset Management: Track record and maintain accountability of property including conducting physical inventories of assets.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to policies procedures and regulations
- Valuation: Assist in determining property values and conducting appraisals.
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive productive relationship with tenants
- Negotiate leases/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Experience: Previous experience in property management real estate or asset administration.
- Skills: Strong negotiation analytical and communication skills.
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills - Well organized with excellent time management skills
