- Building strong case-management relationships with clients and their families
- Developing and implementing Individual Reintegration and Support Plans
- Coordinating access to housing education employment health and community services
- Providing assertive outreach and crisis support post-release
- Collaborating with GEO staff and Alliance Partners to maximise reintegration outcomes
Is This You Your Essential Skills for Success
We want candidates who bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work Psychology Welfare Human Services or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of the Victorian Criminal Justice System
- Experience working with diverse clients including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and those with mental health or cognitive needs
- Proven case management and outreach experience
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build non-judgemental professional relationships

Employment at Ravenhall Correctional Centre is subject to the successful completion of clearances and pre-employment checks prior to commencement. The application process has several stages and should your application advance you will be expected to engage in the following steps:
- In-Person (preferred) or Virtual Interview Attendance
- Reference checks will be conducted following the interview
- Fit2Work and National Police Certificate Authority Clearance which will be covered by our organisation
- Pre-Employment Medical and Fitness Assessment which will be covered by our organisation
