Your Role
As a Recruitment Consultant youll operate as part talent advisor part sales professional and part career guide. You will:
- Reach out to prospective clients and understand their recruitment needs
- Build strong candidate pipelines and manage interviews from start to finish
- Present top talent to clients with confidence and insight
- Sell opportunities persuasively to candidates
- Negotiate offers that satisfy all parties
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver on performance targets

Requirements
What You Need to Succeed
- A Bachelors degree (2:1 or above)
- 12 years experience in sales customer service marketing or any client-facing role
- Excellent communication skillsconfident clear and engaging
- A competitive mindset and strong personal drive
- The ability to multitask problem-solve and stay composed under pressure
- A positive attitude and the confidence to speak with senior executives
- The resilience to handle objectionsand the tact to push back when needed
- A strong work ethic and the motivation to earn beyond your basic salary
- Residence within easy commute of Lekki
