Job Summary
Job Title: RPA Software Detective Blue Prism Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)
About the Role
You will work closely with business tech and client teams handling automation incidents and ensuring smooth operations in a high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a software detective to identify analyze and resolve RPA automation issues.
End-to-end support for Blue Prism production incidents.
Work across multiple applications and systems to trace root causes.
Interface with client stakeholders technical teams & non-technical teams.
Follow Incident Management best practices and ensure SLA adherence.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
5 years of overall IT experience
2 years of core hands-on Blue Prism RPA development/support experience
Strong experience in debugging monitoring and fixing automation issues
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong understanding of Incident Management Lifecycle
Ability to work in rotational shifts (Hybrid model)
Education
Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
