Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across multiple social media platforms. The role includes content creation campaign execution analytics and community management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to support marketing goals.
Schedule and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn Instagram Facebook X and YouTube.
Create curate and publish engaging content including posts reels stories and videos.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines in all social media content.
Monitor and respond to comments messages and mentions on social media.
Engage with followers to build a strong online community.
Track key social media metrics such as reach engagement impressions and clicks.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or related field.
2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Strong expertise in social media strategy and campaign management.
Experience with social media management tools like Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
Experience in basic videography and video editing for social media content.
Knowledge of paid social advertising platforms (Meta LinkedIn Youtube etc)
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Knowledge of SEO digital marketing and online branding
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
