8.30am 17.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am 15.00pm on Fridays
We have partnered with a well-established finance business who are looking for comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to their senior staff and advisers ensuring high-quality service to both the internal team and clients. This role requires excellent organisation attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate timely administrative and secretarial support to leadership and advisers.
- Produce detailed client meeting notes and correspondence and ensure all information is correctly processed in the CRM system.
- Maintain and update client records across relevant platforms while preserving confidentiality.
- Manage personal workflow and support the wider team as needed.
- Ensure accurate upkeep of Salesforce and other operational systems.
- Respond to emails promptly keep spreadsheets updated and log all work appropriately.
- Carry out general administrative duties including printing scanning filing handling calls and chasing outstanding items.
- Support with business submissions and procedural checks.
Skills & Attributes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills including excellent telephone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with maintaining systems and processes.
- Able to work independently or within a team including remote work.
- Strong time-management self-motivation and ability to handle conflicting demands calmly.
- Ethical confidential and flexible approach to work.
