Office Administrator / Support

Swindon

8.30am 17.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am 15.00pm on Fridays

We have partnered with a well-established finance business who are looking for comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to their senior staff and advisers ensuring high-quality service to both the internal team and clients. This role requires excellent organisation attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate timely administrative and secretarial support to leadership and advisers.
  • Produce detailed client meeting notes and correspondence and ensure all information is correctly processed in the CRM system.
  • Maintain and update client records across relevant platforms while preserving confidentiality.
  • Manage personal workflow and support the wider team as needed.
  • Ensure accurate upkeep of Salesforce and other operational systems.
  • Respond to emails promptly keep spreadsheets updated and log all work appropriately.
  • Carry out general administrative duties including printing scanning filing handling calls and chasing outstanding items.
  • Support with business submissions and procedural checks.

Skills & Attributes

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills including excellent telephone manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with maintaining systems and processes.
  • Able to work independently or within a team including remote work.
  • Strong time-management self-motivation and ability to handle conflicting demands calmly.
  • Ethical confidential and flexible approach to work.
