  • Salary: Package up to $196278 pa. Package includes salary range ($149739 $173174pa) plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Based in Greenacre Hybrid work arrangements available

About the role

Reporting to the Director Property Services you will lead and manage the property and real-estate portfolio of the agencys capital works program encompassing acquisitions divestments strategic asset-management planning and policy development.

As well as provide high-level specialist advice to the Director and senior management on property and land matters and collaborate with multiple government agencies to deliver whole-of-government outcomes and compliance with strategic mandates.

About you

You have:

  • Extensive knowledge of property management including leasing licences facility utilisation building principles & standards and environmental and heritage issues.
  • Extensive Knowledge of acquisition and disposals processes.
  • Knowledge of asset management processes and procedures You bring:

Essential requirement:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a property or related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge skills and experience.
