Are you an accomplished Residential Property Solicitor seeking a role with real autonomy strategic influence and a supportive culture Our client a highly regarded law firm in Surrey offers the chance to lead on complex property matters in a collaborative professional environment with clear progression and flexible working.
The Role: Key Responsibilities
Take charge of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
Advise clients on sales purchases leasehold enfranchisement and shared ownership
Manage complex matters including bridging loans declarations of trust home equity release and unregistered land
Navigate advanced stamp duty land tax and investment property conveyancing
Deliver exceptional client care and contribute to business growth
What Were Looking For
Essential:
Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
Minimum 7 years PQE in Residential Property law (UK practice)
Strong academic background
Proven expertise in residential sales purchases lease extensions and shared ownership
Ability to manage complex property structures and transactions
Autonomous strategic thinker with excellent client management skills
