Salary: per annum (including sleep-ins)
Working Hour: Full-time shift-based (including long days & sleep-ins)
Hourly Rate: Competitive (embedded within salary)
Number of Sleeps Required: Yes rota based
Pay Per Sleep: 50 per sleep-in

Service Users: YPs EBD SEMH Trauma Neglect CSE CCE
Qualifications Required: None essential (full training provided)
Experience in Years Required: 0 years (experience desirable but not essential)

The Home:

• Number of Beds: Small residential childrens home

• Location: Worthing (BN13)

• Type of YPs: EBD SEMH Trauma Neglect CSE CCE

• Ofsted Rating: Ofsted registered childrens home

• Ratio of Staff to Children: High staff-to-child ratio to support safe therapeutic care

Who we are looking for

Caring resilient and compassionate individuals
Aged 22 (to meet Ofsted regulations)
Able to build positive trusting relationships with young people
Calm and confident in challenging situations
Holds a Full UK manual driving licence and has access to a car
Looking to build a long-term career in childrens residential care

No previous experience required full induction provided including:

• 2 weeks classroom-based training

• 1 week of supported shadow shifts

You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent)
You only have Healthcare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience
