AECOM is seeking a IT Sr Manager to support our Corporate IT team. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with the expectation of 2 days per week required in the office and the remaining days available for remote work. This position can be based in either Houston TX or Dallas TX.
Job Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Continually improve the value framework to drive business awareness and education
- Focus on value over solutions when developing ideas evaluating risk and evolving needs
- Establish value management as a strategic business capability
- Innovate using knowledge and awareness of industry trends to identify new opportunities
- Monitor initiative progress to ensure expectations are aligned with results and value
- Communicate business value of IT deliverables and challenge the business where value is not being realized
Purpose
- Champion change for strategic plans
- Develop business cases and use financial awareness to ensure new initiatives will achieve the desired outcomes
- Align each IT initiative to the business strategy
- Ensure value plans are completed and communicated to the business
- Work with business leaders to develop future roadmaps and explore new opportunities
Capability
- Provide leadership and knowledge empowerment for fellow Regional Relationship Managers
- Collaborate as a RRM team member to actively mature the RRM discipline and develop best practices
- Create RRM documents (strategic relationship plans value plan etc..)

- Strong communication skills in writing speaking and presenting
- Ability to listen build rapport and develop credibility as a strategic partner
- Exude energy focus assertiveness and diplomacy to drive results

Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS 10 years of relevant IT Management experience with a preferred focus on championing business change (e.g. leading initiatives products services or interactions) including 2 years of leadership experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Ability to travel periodically
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS in Business Management IT or a related field
Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP)
Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM) with Certificates of Experience
Master of Business Relationship Management (MBRM)
