W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Full Time Head Mixologist. Based in Living Room Bar our Head Mixologist will lead the development of cocktails and oversee all bar-related operations. Reporting to the Restaurant and Bar Manager you will assist with leading a team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop design and maintain seasonal and signature cocktail menus that align with the brands identity
• Maintain extensive knowledge of spirits liqueurs wines beers and non-alcoholic offerings
• Innovate through experimentation with ingredients techniques and presentation styles to deliver unique memorable and on-trend beverage experiences
• Lead train and inspire bar staff on mixology techniques guest engagement product knowledge and service excellence
• Providing excellent guest service that is engaging personal and attentive
• Conduct regular briefings and tastings to ensure team proficiency and menu familiarity
• Monitor and manage inventory levels restocking supplies as needed.
