You will need:
Veterinary Science degree (or equivalent) QLD registration
Clinical confidence across general practice medicine & surgery
Leadership experience or the hunger to step into that space
A calm solution-focused mindset even when things get tough
A collaborative attitude and strong emotional intelligence
