This position offers the opportunity to work fully remote within the United States (except for Alaska and/or Hawaii). The Renter Solutions department has an exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Business Analyst. The Renter Solutions department is responsible for the retention and maintenance of driver and loyalty profile information for EHI customers and making this data securely available to other services solutions and third-party Solutions applications are criticaltotherental booking andfulfillment processesacross our operations globally. We work closely with our business stakeholders from around the globe forall ofour brands to make enhancements to our applications and to stay ahead in our ever-evolving global operations. This is an exciting time to join the Renter Solutions team as our roadmap includes API evolution and migration to cloud in addition to supporting business capabilities around core pillars of our company strategy.

As a Senior IT Business Analyst on this team you will be responsible for developing interpreting reviewing validating documenting and maintaining business and functional requirements. Here you will evaluate business requests to determine feasibility research and identify options and recommend solutions that best serve business needs. You will also present information and track and respond to questions related to business addition you will participate in acceptance testing identify potential problems and research opportunities to minimize complexity. You will serve as the primary interface between the user and the IT team. As a Senior IT Business Analyst you will provide instruction and guidance to less senior team members on new tasks and assignments.

• Experience collecting and analyzing data including scoping out project requirements
• Experience triaging issues identifying root cause and conducting investigation into problems
• Experience communicating detailed information with analysts developers and other support teams
• Understanding of SDLC stages

Required:

• Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
• 3 years experience as a Sr Business Analyst including working as part of a project team to coordinate activities of project phases preferably in an IT environment
• 3 years of experience with Postman and/or SoapUI
• Experience with Swagger tool
• Experience with task automation and process improvements
• Experience preparing and delivering informal and formal presentations to own team department and other IT teams
• Experience writing technical documentation including Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) preferably using Confluence
• Experience using Jira
• Understanding of SDLC stages
• Experience with APIs

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Information Systems Management Information Systems or related field preferred
• Scrum certification
• Experience using SQL
• Experience in large-scale enterprise applications and processes
