Senior Technical QA Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Technical QA team as a Senior Technical QA Analyst. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and stability of our games and we are looking for candidates with a strong technical background and a deep understanding of QA methodologies and tools. Daily Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing and verification of new game and engine features including performance and stability checks across different platforms.
• Develop execute and optimize advanced test cases test suites and test plans both automated and manual to ensure thorough coverage of all functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with programmers technical artists and other stakeholders to identify document and resolve bugs ensuring high-quality output.
• Analyze test results identify root causes of issues and provide actionable insights to improve the quality of the game.
• Participate actively in risk assessments strategy development and process improvements within the QA domain adapting to changing priorities and project needs.
• Create and refine reports using data and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) to provide in-depth status updates and highlight trends that influence project decisions.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Tech QA Analyst or in a similar role with at least 1-2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with game engines (e.g. Unreal Unity Godot REDkit).
• Ability to develop complex test strategies that encompass integration stress and performance testing.
• Experience in using testing tools and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness both manual and automated.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think systematically to drive quality improvements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation and test reports.

Nice to have

• Experience in programming such as C and/or Python.
• Experience working with Agile teams.

Estimated pay range for this position: $79200 - $130700 USD annually

At CD PROJEKT RED compensation for our roles in North America are determined based on competitive market data geographic location and individual factors tied to business needs.
