Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Autism Intensive Programfor an exciting job in Hamilton VA.

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 behavioral and instructional support to a student with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Implement ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA.
Collect and record behavioral and skill-acquisition data accurately and consistently.
Support communication functional learning and social skill goals throughout the school day.
Assist with transitions sensory regulation strategies and behavior-management approaches.
Maintain a safe structured and supportive classroom environment aligned with behavior plans.
Collaborate with educational staff and participate in team meetings as needed.

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior-support techniques.
Ability to work a full onsite schedule Monday through Friday.
Excellent communication problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in school-based Autism programs.
Training in CPI Safety-Care or similar crisis-prevention models.
Familiarity with IEP-driven service environments.
