Reporting to the Infrastructure Operations Manager you will share responsibility for infrastructure solutions/systems across a range of technologies. You will collaborate with teams across the organisation to design and support new solutions.

Key Responsibilities of this role

  • deployment configuration monitoring and second- and third-line support of a wide range of infrastructure services including Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online Teams SharePoint OneDrive Azure AD) on-premises Active Directory virtualisation platforms (VMware) and backup solutions such as Commvault Cohesity and Druva.

  • managing monthly server patching endpoint protection and legacy on-premises technologies including SAN and physical servers.

  • managing DNS certificates and domains.

  • support basic Linux administration

  • liaise with third-party vendors to ensure service quality

  • lead on implementing cybersecurity standards and email security protocols such as DKIM/DMARC

Key requirements of the role:

Essential:

  • Experience administering a Windows Active Directory Domain environment including Exchange group membership and AD

  • Basic experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure

  • Working knowledge of Exchange Online Azure AD and Microsoft Teams

  • Understanding of virtual and cloud datacentre environments

  • Awareness of security best practices
