Operations Supervisor Traffic Management

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of depot and traffic management operations. You will work closely with the Depot Manager to ensure works are delivered safely efficiently and to the highest professional standards.

Key Duties:

Support and deputise for the Depot Manager
Plan and oversee daily traffic management operations
Lead brief and support operatives ensuring compliance with RAMS PPE and safe working practices
Carry out site visits audits and depot inspections
Monitor vehicle equipment and operational performance
Handle customer queries and support 24/7 operational coverage via out-of-hours rota
Promote a strong Health & Safety culture

About You:

Supervision People and Communication skills
Organised proactive and calm under pressure
Professional reliable and adaptable

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience in a Supervisory role in Traffic Management
Full knowledge of 12D traffic management
CSCS Card
Industry relative qualifications e.g. LANTRA
Full UK Driving Licence

Required Experience:
