JOB SUMMARY:
To support all Youth Sales related activities.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative duties associated with:
- Supporting all efforts related to the Graduation Events
- Communicating with internal and external clients
- Answering and responding to inquiries on the Youth Sales phone line
- Responding to email inquiries related to Youth Programs
- Responsible for supporting the sales efforts of the Youth Sales team.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- High school degree or GED required.
- Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year Hotel/Hospitality industry administrative experience (preferably sales) required.
- Experience with SalesForce customer management software and student group travel operators preferred.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Microsoft Office
- Sales and Marketing
- Flexibility
