- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal/permanent resident
- Self-motivated coachable and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet and phone access
- Life insurance license preferred but not required (training and licensing support provided)
- Sales customer service or leadership experience is a plus but not required
