We are seeking a Remote Front Desk Coordinator to manage client communications via chat and email and ensure a seamless experience for everyone interacting with our services.


Were looking for a proactive organized and client-focused Remote Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our this role youll manage all communications via chat and email schedule appointments and support our counselling team to ensure every interaction is smooth professional and welcoming. If you thrive in a remote environment love helping people and have a knack for keeping things running like clockwork this is the role for you.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 13 years in front desk administrative support customer service or client-facing roles (healthcare or counselling experience preferred).

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills clear professional and empathetic for email and chat interactions.

  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using chat email scheduling systems and CRM tools (experience with Zoho CRM is a plus).

  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail ability to manage multiple tasks and keep accurate records.

  • Remote Work Capability: Self-motivated reliable and able to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Confidentiality: Knowledge of client privacy practices and ability to maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA compliance preferred).

  • Professionalism: Positive attitude problem-solving mindset and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
