The team provides a full spectrum of services to employersincluding advice and counseling investigations and trainings employee relations guidance negotiations and litigation across nearly every area of labor and employment law. ABOUT THE POSITION
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate to join a growing practice and assume a significant role in litigation representing both private and public-sector employers.
The ideal candidate will have 47 years of substantive experience across a broad range of employment law areas including:
Litigation Experience
Handling discrimination harassment and retaliation claims
Managing FLSA and other wage-and-hour matters including class and collective actions
Conducting legal research and drafting motions pleadings and memoranda
Taking and defending depositions
Leading and managing discovery
Preparing EEOC and state agency (e.g. CRD/DFEH) position statements
Conducting witness interviews
Advisory & Compliance Experience
Advising employers on compliance with federal and California employment laws
Counseling on COVID-related rules regulations and mandates
ADA/FEHA compliance and disability accommodations
Leave law compliance (FMLA CFRA PDL and others)
Labor relations or employee-relations experience
Strong background in conducting workplace investigations

Actual compensation will vary depending on experience qualifications skills and office location.
