Qualifications

We are looking for a seasoned Product Coordinator with a strong background in supporting IT hardware and AV System Integration (AVSI) product portfolios. The ideal candidate will possess:

A minimum of 6 years of experience in product coordination AV/IT vendor management or a closely related field.
A solid understanding of IT hardware AV technologies and the AVSI product portfolio.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel with proven experience in BOQ creation and analysis.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities vendors and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication negotiation and follow-up skills are essential for maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery of information.
A keen eye for detail and strong analytical capabilities to ensure accuracy and identify cost optimization opportunities.
The ability to work closely with Product Heads and OEMs to select appropriate products and gather detailed BOQs for sales teams.
