We are Looking for experienced and driven Key Account Managers (KAMs) to join its growth team. As a KAM you will be responsible for owning and expanding relationships with multiple enterprise clients focusing on driving revenue through strategic account management.
Youll be fully supported by a strong backend team including Sourcing Solutioning and Delivery soyou can focus on what matters most customer success and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue from existing and new clients by understanding their training needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts ensuring smooth communication and a strong relationship with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of training solutions.
Resolve client issues quickly and effectively ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Build long-term relationships with existing clients and re-engage dormant accounts.
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within accounts.
Maintain a deep understanding of client industries and their evolving training needs.
Take client feedback seriously and work internally to close the loop.
Offer an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the engagement.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years of experience in Corporate Training Sales (Note: Not training coordination delivery or operations).
- Fluency in the local language (of the base city).
