Shift: Day 58.5s
Local Pay Range: $60$65/hr
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Case Management RNfor an exciting job in Hyannis MA.
Responsibilities
Complete daily admission screenings and timely initial assessments.
Verify payer/demographic information and ensure level-of-care appropriateness.
Perform utilization review respond to payer requests and initiate HINN notices or appeals as needed.
Develop and update plans of care; identify barriers and coordinate referrals.
Collaborate with providers to align care needs discharge planning and covered services.
Ensure accurate documentation and support reimbursement processes.
Participate in rounds care conferences and quality initiatives.
Maintain compliance with policies regulations safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications
3 years recent acute care experience; case management or broad clinical background.
Knowledge of InterQual or equivalent criteria.
Recent experience in discharge planning and utilization review.
Active MA RN license; BSN and CCM/CPUM certification preferred.
Strong communication critical thinking and organizational skills.
Proficient in EMR and computer systems; able to work independently and collaboratively.
