Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent aligned with company goals.

  • Partner with department leads to anticipate workforce needs and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

  • Analyze HR and recruitment data to identify trends gaps and opportunities for improvement.

  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement satisfaction and retention.

  • Develop enforce and continuously improve HR policies processes and compliance standards.

  • Mentor and lead the HR team driving efficiency professionalism and results.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR matters including employee performance career growth and conflict resolution.

  • Handle sensitive HR issues with confidentiality fairness and professionalism.



Requirements


  • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or a related field.

  • 5 years of progressive HR experience preferably in IT or high-growth companies.

  • Proven expertise in recruitment strategy employee engagement and retention practices.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and drive data-based decisions.

  • Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
