Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent aligned with company goals.
Partner with department leads to anticipate workforce needs and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Analyze HR and recruitment data to identify trends gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement satisfaction and retention.
Develop enforce and continuously improve HR policies processes and compliance standards.
Mentor and lead the HR team driving efficiency professionalism and results.
Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR matters including employee performance career growth and conflict resolution.
Handle sensitive HR issues with confidentiality fairness and professionalism.
Requirements
Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or a related field.
5 years of progressive HR experience preferably in IT or high-growth companies.
Proven expertise in recruitment strategy employee engagement and retention practices.
Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and drive data-based decisions.
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
