Associate Technical Project Manager

Looking for 3-5 years of experience. Successful delivery of software projects by managing tasks facilitating Agile processes and bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You should bring a mix of hands-on software development experience strong Agile methodology understanding and the ability to gather and convert business requirements into clear actionable user stories.

• Support the end-to-end project lifecycle including planning execution tracking and delivery.
  
• Assist senior project managers in managing timelines dependencies and resource allocation.
  
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
  
• Track progress identify risks and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  
• Ensure Agile best practices are followed across the teams.
  
• Maintain project documentation and artifacts.
  

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements.
  
• Translate requirements into clear concise and testable user stories use cases and acceptance criteria.
  
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure a shared understanding of features and deliverables.
  
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals.
  
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  

Requirements:

• 35 years of combined experience in software development business analysis and/or technical project coordination.
  
• Hands-on development background of 12 years of software development
  
• Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Experience in writing user stories acceptance criteria and functional documentation.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  
• 35 years of combined experience in software development technical coordination or business analysis.
  
• 12 years of hands-on software development experience with familiarity in coding practices development tools and SDLC.
  
• Solid understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira Confluence Trello or equivalent.
  
• Strong skills in writing user stories functional specs acceptance criteria and use cases.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
  
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
  
• Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master Certified - SMC Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO) are a plus.
