- Hands-on development background of 12 years of software development
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in writing user stories acceptance criteria and functional documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 35 years of combined experience in software development technical coordination or business analysis.
- 12 years of hands-on software development experience with familiarity in coding practices development tools and SDLC.
- Solid understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira Confluence Trello or equivalent.
- Strong skills in writing user stories functional specs acceptance criteria and use cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
