We are hiring Experienced Managers for IT Audit (2LoD) to provide real-time support guidance and coaching to audit engagement teams. The role focuses on enhancing audit quality and ensuring adherence to relevant professional standards before audit opinions are finalized.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Provide real-time coaching to engagement teams across the audit lifecycle.
Review 2LoD focus area documentation and offer improvement insights.
Challenge planned audit approaches ensuring alignment with standards.
Support teams in applying audit requirements and technical guidance.
Report engagement status to partners and 2LoD leadership weekly.
Ensure adherence to project review plans and deliver high-quality outputs.
Collaborate with Audit Quality Leadership on key quality initiatives.
Contribute to practice initiatives L&D and knowledge management.
Technical Skills Required
ERP Expertise: SAP/Oracle (mandatory).
IT Governance Knowledge: COBIT COSO ITIL ISO 27001 NIST frameworks.
Core IT Audit Skills:
IT General Controls (Applications DB OS Networks Middleware)
IT Application Controls
SOC 1 / SOC 2 Attestation
Integrated IT Audits
Experience coaching teams and reviewing multiple IT audit projects simultaneously.
Understanding of technology risk & controls in Cloud DevSecOps or other emerging technologies.
Certifications Preferred: CISA CISSP CIA SAP/Oracle Security Emerging Tech certs.
No travel required.
The Ideal Candidate
Strong hands-on experience in IT Audit and risk management.
Client-facing and account management experience.
Deep understanding of business processes and risk across at least two industry sectors.
Strong leadership communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines.
High integrity ownership and team collaboration.

Qualification
Any Graduate (Relevant certifications preferred)
