- Manage direct reports to include task scheduling performance evaluationsmentoring training and employee development recommending and executing on personnel actions.
- Provide timelines and complete feasibility studies for key stakeholders.
- Partner with Director on strategic planning for operational goals and objectivesincluding organizational structure.
- Serve as lead for all internal/external client communication.
- Maintain links with strategic clients to determine suitable direction of current analytics/methodologies/deliverables.
- Manage and own process for identification of opportunities for process improvements related to quality and efficiency supervise direct reports and cross-functional teams during the design and execution of these initiatives.
- Ensure best practices are leveraged across departments
- Direct engagement with Retailer and Vendors
- Partner with Business Product and Tech team
- Collaborate with cross functional Operations and Technology teams for new retailer onboarding and existing retailer file format changes
- Contribute to data quality initiatives and constantly look for data feed improvement opportunities
- Input consistency assurance and managing data escalations
- Adhere to operational administrational requirements such as team shift allowance and timesheet management
- Mentoring and upskilling the team
Qualifications :
- Overall Experience: 1215 years including 68 years in people management
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management Information Systems or a related field
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and drive change
- Proven experience in process optimization continuous improvement and compliance monitoring
