The Orange Door is a fast paced dynamic work environment requiring exceptional relationship skills. The Senior Practitioner will support the Team Leader providing day to day assistance advice and coaching to Loddon Orange Door practitioners. The Senior Practitioner plays a pivotal role in promoting an environment and culture within the team that is safe inclusive professional and service-focused. This position within the hub requires sound experience in child wellbeing risk management and working with clients with complex needs.
You will work collaboratively as part of an integrated practice approach to respond to family violence and children and family vulnerability concerns through the provision of:
