About the Role

We are seeking a Student Support & Wellbeing Reception Officer to provide high-quality reception and administrative support to the Student Support and Wellbeing Unit. This role is central to the day-to-day operation of services supporting student welfare mental health and disability and is often the first point of contact for students seeking support.

You will play a key role in ensuring students experience a welcoming professional and confidential service while supporting the administrative and operational needs of the Unit.

As the Student Support & Wellbeing Reception Officer you willcreate a welcoming and supportive first point of contact for students accessing wellbeing mental health and disability services. Provide compassionate and confidential assistance across face-to-face phone and online channels help students navigate and access the right support maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth inclusive day-to-day delivery of Student Support and Wellbeing services.

About You

You are an organised approachable and student-focused administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring professionalism discretion and empathy to your work and are confident engaging with students from diverse backgrounds.

The successful candidate will be required to submit a valid Working with Children Check and National Criminal Check prior to commencement.
